These terms cover the website design and management services HoseDigital provides. By starting a plan with us, you agree to them.
We build, host, and manage a website for your business, and depending on your plan, manage your Google Business Profile, help generate reviews, and provide related marketing services. The website and hosting remain part of your active plan; the site stays live while your plan is active.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You choose a starting option at signup, either no setup fee with a six-month minimum term, or a one-time setup fee with a three-month minimum term. After your minimum term, you may cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
If you cancel before your minimum term ends, an early-exit fee applies as agreed at signup. After the minimum term, there is no cancellation fee. When a plan ends, the hosted website is taken offline.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information and any materials you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any content you give us for your site.
We work hard to deliver results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a certain number of calls, rankings, or reviews. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
