HoseDigital ("we," "us") builds and manages websites for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you contact us, book a call, or become a client, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your business. If you become a paying client, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and we do not store your full card details on our systems.
We use your information to respond to you, build and manage your website and online presence, process payments, and keep you updated about your service. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We share information only with the service providers we use to deliver your service, such as Stripe for payments, Google for business profiles and analytics, and our website hosting provider. Each handles data under their own privacy terms.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. We keep client information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
